I graduated from IS training in Jan and I got orders to the USS Enterprise. The Big 'E' is in the yards and it kinda sucks cause we cant do IS work and Im starting to data dump all my training but its ok. I made IS3 off of the March exam and put it on in June. Im the Training Petty Officer for my division and currently think I am ranked #1 out of the third classes(there are only 5 of us). Its a hard job but its something that has to be done and I am good at desk work so to speak.
As for real life, or what I have of it, Mike and I are doing awesome. I love him more and more each day. We will be celebrating our 4 year anniversary on Aug 6 of this year and we are trying to think of some decent things to do for it because next year I will be deployed for it and wont get to celebrate the 5years married. Its crazy to think we have been together for 7 years on the 14th. INSANE! But we are taking some leave so we can spend some time doing stuff together since we dont really have much time to do anything but sit around(we only have like 3 hours off of work each work day and the weekends arent really long enough to do anything all that exciting). So we were thinking of going on a dinner sunset cruise on the Spirit of Norfolk, hit up Busch Gardens and maybe the zoo/botanical gardens, and then stay a couple nights in a hotel on the beach. Im excited about it all!
But thats about all the update I have cause I dont really have the time to do anything. Go figure right!
